Daniel Yung obtained his bachelor degree in science and master degree in computer science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. While he worked as an I.T. professional, he spent his leisure time on studying laws and obtained his L.L.B. degree from the University of London. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2006. Before joining the legal profession, Mr. Yung has substantial working experience in information technologies. After he was admitted as a solicitor, he initially practiced generally in areas including civil/criminal litigations, wills and probate, family cases, bankruptcy, tenancy etc. He is also a civil celebrant of marriages. He has participated in various IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate fund raising, company restructuring and post-listing compliance with rules and regulations relating to securities, and general commercial transactions.
